When my phone mooos

Why does my phone moo? Because I got a message! I just like the sound (at least when it’s not behind me in an outhouse at 3 am). I think it’s the incongruity of living in a place like Dallas and hearing a “moo” that makes me laugh. Or maybe the it’s looks on people’s faces when they hear it. Bewildered, confused, disbelieving, hysterically funny, ROTFLMAO… all good ways to describe that look.

Not Reply To Poster; the other one, on the right: Delete From Friends. Every time I get to the bottom of a bulletin, I see that button, and I wonder what on earth someone could put in a bulletin that would make you think “OMG! I have to delete this person from my friends IMMEDIATELY! There’s no time to go through the long, drawn-out process of EDITING my friends! DELETE THEM NOW!” AAAAAAhhhhhhhh!

This song makes me laugh every time I hear it. It could be the witty lyrics by the inimitable Randy Newman, or his voice that sounds so full of worry, or it could just be because it’s about a man who is so afraid of EVERYTHING that he can barely move.
